How to Order 

Once you’re ready to place an order you can email sales@portablemobilityperth.com.au or call 0422 937 773.

Delivery

We use Startrack Couriers. Under normal circumstances goods are dispatched within 48 business hours after order is processed, but usually the following business day and arrive in Perth in 7 business days.

Goods discrepancy

In the unlikely event of a goods discrepancy please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

Return Policy

It is very important to us that you are 100% happy with your purchase. Therefore if you need to make a return within 30 days we will give you a full refund, less 20% restocking and admin fee. All goods that were originally purchased must be returned in original packing and in new, unused and re-saleable condition. Customers are responsible for return delivery. Please notify us of your intention to send goods back so we can give you delivery details. A refund will be arranged within five business days of return receipt and inspection of goods.

Service and maintenance

We have a network of service agents please contact us for details.
Warranty – includes parts and labour by an approved technician. Repair or replace at our discretion.
Metal frame: 2yrs.
Transaxle, motor, controller, joy stick, wire harness, all electronic parts, locking mechanisms, battery charger, battery: 1yr.
Warranty excludes any consumable items like tyres and brake pads. Warranty does not cover issues arising from negligence, normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, or improper use. Unauthorised repairs or modifications will void the warranty. Please note that lithium batteries are not covered under warranty for faults due to battery over discharge.

Will It Arrive Assembled?

Yes, we will set it up for you ready for use. If you live  If you opt for the scooter or wheelchair to be delivered by courier direct to your home, there will be some items that will need to be fitted e.g. armrests for the scooters; anti-tip wheels for the wheelchairs.

Try Before You Buy

Yes, we offer in home demonstrations in the Perth and Mandurah suburbs at no cost.  If you do purchase one of our mobility scooters or electric wheelchairs, upon delivery you will receive customised set up as well as training on how to use and care for your purchase.

Are Electric Wheelchairs Easy to Operate?

Yes. They are especially suitable for people who lack upper body strength, movement and balance. Very easy to operate via the joystick that can be mounted on either the left or right armrest or on the backrest for the carer. Compact, lightweight, easy to fold, and great for travel.

How Long Do Lithium Batteries Last?

If charged regularly lithium batteries should last up to three years or longer. When in storage and not in use make sure they are charged every fortnight or so, but at least every month to prevent them developing an over discharge fault. Lithium batteries can be topped up and do not have a battery memory like Lead acid batteries

What About Maintenance?

All manufacturers recommend their products be serviced every twelve months. Contact us for details of a service agent in your area.
